Recordings Appear Blank

Solution This usually happens when viewing in the video search section of the DVR. What happens is the file will play up until there is a flagged motion event, then will stop or black out when it reaches the new file. Go into the File List down below which will show a list of every recording on the DVR which will allow you to view the whole file.
I would suggest setting the record schedule to how you would like recordings to be done. This can be done by going to Main Menu > Record and then setting your Rec. Mode to Time Schedule. This will allow you to select the Schedule button to setup the schedule you would like to record.
