Unable to attach receipt to RMA form

Solution A receipt is required for all warranty requests, including repairs and part requests. If you are having problems attaching your receipt, submit this form without the receipt and send an email to support@nightowlsp.com. Make sure to attach your receipt to the email and include your "Tracking ID" number in the body or subject line so we can reference your RMA as quickly as possible. You will receive a "Tracking ID" number once you submit the RMA form.
